Writing that educates, informs and inspires
Strategic communications in Higher Education
I work with universities to implement communication strategies, train diverse teams to deliver their own messages more effectively and develop campaigns that drive engagement.

Research
Champion of university research in arts and humanities
I am studying a part-time postgraduate research degree, using digital technology and traditional research methods to provide new insights into the god Anubis in the Greek and Roman world.
My research interests include:
Digital network analysis and virtual reconstructions

Using technology to enhance our understanding and solve complex problems
I have a qualification in digital media management which enables me to use technology in a methodical and coherent way.
Animals and gods in the ancient world

In an age of more than human intelligence
As we approach general artificial intelligence, researching the long history of humans engaging with other forms of being (tangible or not) can inform contemporary changes in society.
Modern reception of Ancient Egypt

From some of the earliest art to the most cutting edge
Looking at how ideas, motifs and people move between different communities, places and periods.
Creating impact outside of academia

Arts and humanities research can change lives
I believe in the importance of sharing the stories and findings of research to create impact outside of universities.
